What we collect
When you request a free roof inspection, we collect the information you submit through our estimate form — typically your name, phone number, email address, and property address. We may also collect standard technical information (device type, browser, referring page) through normal web-server logs.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to:
- Schedule and confirm your free 21-Point Roof Health Report.
- Deliver your written inspection report and any related quote.
- Follow up about your project by phone, text, or email — only in connection with the estimate you requested.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how visitors find us. This includes the Meta Pixel, which tells us when someone who clicked one of our Facebook or Instagram ads requested an estimate. It measures ad performance — it does not read your personal files or browsing history outside this site.
We also use standard analytics to see which pages get visited and how long people stay.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
How we protect your data
The information you submit through our estimate form is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in our customer management system, which is protected by password access and limited to the Michigan Home Restoration team members who need it to schedule and complete your inspection.
We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you or as required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade it.
No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee against every possible breach — but if one affects your information, we will notify you.
SMS consent is not shared or sold to third parties
Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Any information you submit as part of opting in to text messages is used solely by Michigan Home Restoration to coordinate your roof estimate and appointment updates.
How to opt out
You can stop receiving text messages from Michigan Home Restoration at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on your project.
